Because Creative Commons licenses are irrevocable, the old license is still valid and you may release derivatives of this work under either the CC-BY-SA 3.0 license, CC-BY-SA 4.0 license, or both. If you release derivatives only under the CC-BY-SA 3.0 license, you must change "4.0" to "3.0" in the attribution statements given below. If you chose to release derivatives under both licenses, you must change "4.0" to "3.0 and 4.0" in the attribution statements given below.
The licensor of this work prefers that attribution be displayed in one of the following formats:
Contents collapsed to save space. Click this bar to expand the box.
The short form version is provided for cases where space is at a premium, such as single page brochures or newspaper bylines. In cases where it is feasible to do so, the licensor requests that the long form version be used. In works where all of the credits are located in one place, such as an appendix, it is perfectly acceptable to list the attribution there.
For online use
You may use either the short form or the long form from above. If you use the short form, turn the entire statement into a hyperlink to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Mycomorphbox_Choice.png. In works where all of the credits are located in one place, such as a credits page, it is perfectly acceptable to list the attribution there.
Hyperlinking the image itself to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Mycomorphbox_Choice.png is an acceptable alternative to providing a written attribution statement.
General notes
You do not need to bold the attribution statement. That (along with the quotation marks) on this page solely for visual emphasis.
The licensor requests the use of "Wikipedia user Sven Manguard" instead of "Sven Manguard", as the name "Sven Manguard" is a pseudonym. The licensor has chosen not to link his real name to his Wikipedia/Wikimedia account. Even if the licensor's real name is known to you, please use "Wikipedia user Sven Manguard". The use of pseudonyms in attribution statements is allowed under Section 3(a)(1)(A)(i) of the license.
